Significantly, this is a wide ranging account of a political role of the judiciary in Pakistan.

NAJEEB UR REHMAN is an Associate Professor of History in Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab He was educated at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad and University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has taught history and Pakistan studies for more than27years in many prestigious colleges and universities of the Punjab. He has also contributed numbers of articles in HEC recognized Journals.
